The Site Prep team is all about setting the stage for an unforgettable festival experience. From construction to setting up tents and ensuring the campsites are perfect, this hands-on team does it all. If you're someone who takes pride in creating spaces that bring joy to others, enjoys physical work, and loves seeing projects come to life from the ground up, your skills will shine here. Join us to lay the foundation of ValhallaFest and be a part of the magic from the very beginning. Trades experience and knowledge of tools or landscaping is an asset.

As an Artist Liaison, you'll have the unique opportunity to welcome and support the talented performers who make ValhallaFest a mesmerizing event. This role involves everything from helping artists get settled to ensuring their needs and green room requests are met. If you're personable, attentive, and excited about working closely with artists, this role offers a behind-the-scenes look at the festival and the chance to connect with creative minds.

Our HQ Admin volunteers are the organizational wizards of ValhallaFest. You'll be at the nerve center of volunteer operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, keeping schedules updated, and coordinating closely with various teams to fill any gaps. This role is perfect for those who excel in communication, are detail-oriented, and love keeping things running like clockwork. Join the HQ Admin team and play a key role in supporting the festival's backbone.

The Stage Crew is essential to the pulse of ValhallaFest, handling everything from stage assembly to managing audio-visuals and supporting musicians. If you're technically minded, enjoy the thrill of show production, and can move with speed and precision, this role will put you in the heart of the action. Experience the dynamic environment of live performances from the best seat in the house and ensure our stages are show-ready.

Fire Safety volunteers bring critical expertise to ValhallaFest, ensuring the event is safe for everyone. If you have a background in firefighting, understand the importance of preparedness, and are ready to contribute to a safe festival environment, this role needs you. Your knowledge and skills are invaluable in keeping the farm secure and ensuring peace of mind for all attendees. S100, Wildfire experience, and incident command experience are all valued.

First Aid volunteers are the heroes on the ground, providing immediate care and ensuring the well-being of festival-goers. With your First Aid certification and ability to remain calm under pressure, you'll be an integral part of our safety net. If you're passionate about health and safety and want to make a real difference in people's festival experience, this role is for you. Those with NP, RN, RPN & LPN, ACP, PCP, EMR, OFA3, OFA2, MOA, and Wilderness First Aid certifications can apply.

Sober Support volunteers offer a safe and supportive environment for attendees choosing a sober festival experience. Through peer support and activities, you'll help create a welcoming space for everyone. If you're compassionate, understanding, and eager to promote an inclusive festival atmosphere, join the Sober Support team and be a part of a meaningful community within ValhallaFest.

Be the first warm welcome attendees receive at ValhallaFest by joining the Ticket Gate team! This role involves greeting participants, managing ticket sales, and providing essential festival information. If you have a friendly demeanor, are comfortable handling transactions, and enjoy meeting new people, your role at the gate will set the tone for a fantastic festival experience for everyone.

As a member of the Traffic Control & Parking team, you'll ensure that the flow of vehicles and participants is smooth and safe. This role is perfect for those who are organized, enjoy outdoor work, and can handle the ebb and flow of festival traffic with a smile. Join us in making the arrival and parking process as seamless as possible for our guests.

Dispatch volunteers are the communication hub of ValhallaFest, coordinating between teams and ensuring information flows smoothly. If you're a good listener, adept with radios, and can multitask effectively, this critical behind-the-scenes role will rely on your skills to keep festival operations on track.

The Green Team is dedicated to keeping ValhallaFest beautiful and sustainable. As part of this eco-conscious crew, you'll be involved in maintaining cleanliness and encouraging environmental responsibility among festival-goers. If you're passionate about the environment and don't mind getting your hands dirty to keep our festival green, this role is for you.

Join the Kitchen team and fuel the festival! Our Kitchen volunteers are the heart behind every meal, preparing and serving food to keep our crew nourished and energized. From chopping vegetables to washing dishes, you'll be part of a team that works together to feed the festival's soul. If you have a passion for cooking, a knack for teamwork, and want to contribute to the well-being of our volunteers, this role offers a fulfilling way to be at the center of festival hospitality. Food Safe certification is a plus, but a love for food and a commitment to cleanliness are all you need to join this essential team.

Refuge volunteers provide a safe, calming space for participants who may be having a difficult experience. By offering snacks, water, and a non-judgmental ear, you'll help ensure that everyone has a supportive place to turn to. If you're compassionate, patient, and skilled in creating a comforting environment, this role allows you to make a profound difference in participants' festival experiences. Familiarity with crisis intervention and a background in health or social services are assets, but a willingness to learn and a kind heart are the most important qualifications.
