Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at ValhallaFest 2019.
Note: All people who wish to sell items or food are required to submit an application. People caught vending while unregistered will be escorted from the property.
ValhallaFest has a central marketplace and we are looking to curate a small number of unique market stalls which can provide participants with interesting and quality items they can purchase. We are also looking for a small number of food vendors to feed the hungry participants throughout the weekend.
Note: lighting your stall/truck at night is mandatory.
We are looking for a select few food trucks to feed our hungry participants in 2019. Preference will be given to Food Trucks which demonstrate that they follow the “leave no trace” principals and avoid the use of disposable plastic and instead use recyclable or compostable forks, beverage containers and straws.
Prices include 1 ticket, additional tickets for staff may be purchased at a discounted rate of $45 each
10’x10′ area = $75
10’x20′ area = $95
Places are first-come first-served. Vendors are invited to set up on Friday, prior to the gate opening at 3pm.
Vendor Pass does not include a vehicle pass (If your food truck fits in the area you purchased then you do not need a vehicle pass for it).
Please submit your application by April 10th. We will contact you by April 20th if your application is accepted.
Note: ValhallaFest takes place off grid so you must be able to provide your own power if required
